LEED
Building "Green" is more than a tagline at Watkins Mill Town Center. During the initial site planning phase, great care was taken to protect the adjoining streams, retain forest preserves and shield wildlife from harm. The project also incorporates multi-modal transportation nodes. The development team is taking great care to mitigate much of the stress that can be placed on the environment.
